Q:  Official check in/out?

A: Official check in is from 3 pm and official check out is until 11 am.


Q: Do you have parking nearby? 

A: Unfortunately our hotel does not own private parking nor is it included in the room price, so if you are coming with a car, there is a public parking in front of the hotel and if you find a free space, hotel will provide discounted price for you, or another public parking just 150 m from the hotel in the marina for which we occupy a couple of spaces and provide discounts on the daily price (reservation is necessary). Contact us for more information regarding parking possibilities, reservations and hotel discounts.


Q: Type of breakfast and hours of serving? 

A: Hotel Croatia serves rich buffet breakfast which is complementary and served every morning from 7:30-10:30.


Q: Do rooms have balconies or terrace? 

A: Unfortunately, majority of rooms have windows that open only, and only a few rooms have exits to the terrace/balcony/garden.


Q: How many people can stay in one room? 

A: Comfort rooms have extra sofa beds so total number of persons is 3 (3+1 in case +1 is a small baby under 3 years old). Rooms on the garden side can accommodate only 2 persons (2+1 in case +1 is a baby under 3 years old). Economy rooms are smaller double rooms which can accommodate only 2 persons (no babies or extra adults are possible because of the room size). Family room can accommodate 4 + 1 person (the +1 sleeps on the sofa bed located next to matrimonial bed in the first bedroom).


Q: Can I pay in euro?

A: Hotel charges can only be settled in Croatian kuna and exchange rates from euro to croatian kuna will be the middle ones from Croatian National Bank on the day you are paying your bill. We accept croatian kuna for cash or all major credit cards. Charges cannot be settled in euro since we do not have an exchange office in our hotel.


Q: Location of the hotel? 

A: Our hotel is located in the center of Baska Voda, a famous and busy tourist resort so all the entertainment will be at touch of your hand. Many restaurants and coffee shops are in very short walking distance and the main beach is 150 m from the hotel in both directions.


Q: Does the hotel have an elevator? 

A: The hotel does not have an elevator, only stairs divided through 2 floors.


Q: View from the rooms?

A: Due to location of a huge tree in front of the hotel that offers good protection from sun in the summer, direct view of the sea is not possible, only partial. Please take into consideration that we have couple of rooms of the same category located in different parts of the hotel so, not all the rooms will have the view as per photo on the web portal. All the pictures are informative and the views vary depending on the room assigned at the time of booking.


Q: How are the rooms assigned? 

A: Rooms we assign are selected on availability at the time of your booking, so in case you have any special wishes regarding view, location, floor preference and similar things, please inform us via email prior to your booking and we will try to honor them if there is a possibility to do so, if not, we are obligated to provide room which is available from the room type you have booked.


Q: Bed sizes in rooms? 

A: Double standard rooms have beds 180×200, economy rooms have beds 160×200.


Q: Private beach? 

A: No beach in Baska Voda is private and there is no entry fee on either beach area.


Q: Beach loungers and sunshades? 

A: There is possibility to rent beach loungers and sunshades in each part of the beach you choose. Charges apply.


Q: Hotel renting? 

A: In the hotel you can rent beach towels for the price of 10, beach mats for 15 and inflatable lounges for 20 kuna per day. Hotel bikes rent for 100 croatian kuna per day.


Q: Can you help me arrange transfer from the airport?

A: We can assist you with travel arrangements, offering taxi transfers (in cooperation with a private and reliable taxi driver) from Split or any other airport to our hotel and back. Contact us if you would like to receive an offer for the transfer.
